2. Pricing and Estimates

• Service pricing is based on a customized estimate tailored to your property’s size, condition, and specific needs.
• Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before work continues in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via cash, Zelle, and checks.
• Late payments beyond 1 day will incur a 5% late fee.

4. Late Payment and Collections

If payment is not made in full within 1 day after the service is completed:

• A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will apply.
• Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be referred to a collection agency or subject to legal action.
• In accordance with Florida law, we reserve the right to pursue claims under applicable debt recovery statutes for overdue payments. 
• Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the collection of overdue payments, including, but not limited to, late fees, legal fees, court costs, and collection agency charges.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a fee of $50 or 10% of the estimated service cost, whichever is higher.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

4. Exclusions
   Refunds will not be provided for: Dissatisfaction resulting from pre-existing damage or conditions disclosed prior to service. Issues arising from factors beyond our control, such as weather or improper maintenance.
